Irving Moses, age 93, beloved husband of Toby Moses, nee Kornfeld, happily married for 71 years; loving father of Barbara (Douglas) Tarr, Jack (Melissa Castaneda) Moses and Carol (Bruce Landgarten) Moses; cherished Papa of Rachel (Samuel) Nass, Jeffrey (Brittany) Tarr, Asia and Devin Moses; great grandfather of Hunter Nass; Irving was preceded in death by his sisters Ruth (Bernie) Steinberg and Marilyn Moses; treasured uncle to many nieces and nephews. Chapel service Wednesday, February 27, 12:15 PM at Shalom Memorial Funeral Home, 1700 W. Rand Road, Arlington Heights. Interment at Shalom Memorial Park. My twin sister Linda and I spent many hours enjoying the company of Irving in his art classes. Toby welcomed us into their home and hearts. Our hearts are heavy now with Irving’s passing. May his memory be a blessing for his family and many friends/

Toby and family,
My sincere and heartfelt condolences, I am thinking of you all during this sad loss. Irv was an inspiration of creativity (drawing on restaurant napkins our daughter picked up from him) and kindness. He always had a nice welcoming smile on him when meeting. I wish you peace as you go through your sadness and mourning. I hold warm memories of knowing him.
